About Us

Founded on July 11, 1999, by Bishop Jason C. Brewer and Pastor Deanna L. Brewer, King of Kings Christian Assembly (KOKCA) is a Spirit-led, Christ-centered church located at 520 South Livingston Street in Springfield, Illinois. We are a “Place Where Love Works!” KOKCA is an assembly of born-again Christians committed to building strong disciples, cultivating authentic worship, and advancing the Kingdom of God through sound doctrine, vibrant fellowship, and active outreach. Our heart is to raise up men and women of all ages who are anchored in the truth of God’s Word and empowered by the Holy Ghost to walk in victory and fulfill our God-given purpose.

What We Believe

We believe that there is one God, who is holy, eternal, and revealed fully in Jesus Christ; our Savior, Redeemer, and King. (Deuteronomy 6:4, Colossians 2:9, Titus 2:13)
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, fully authoritative and completely true. (2 Timothy 3:16–17)
We believe that salvation comes through repentance, water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ, and receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, as declared in Acts 2:4, 2:38 and affirmed throughout the New Testament. (Luke 24:45-49, John 3:3–5, Act 10:44-48, Acts 19:1–6)

We believe in the power and operation of the Holy Spirit in the life of every born-again believer, producing holiness, spiritual gifts, and fruit. (Romans 8:9–14, Galatians 5:22–23)

We believe in the unity of the Body of Christ, and that all born-again Christians are called to love, serve, and walk in truth as joint-heirs with Christ. (Ephesians 4:3–6, Romans 8:17)

We believe in the soon return of Jesus Christ and the establishment of His eternal Kingdom. (1 Thessalonians 4:16–17, Revelation 22:12)

Our Mission

At King of King Christian Assembly, our mission is to spread the gospel, offer spiritual guidance, and provide a supportive community for all who seek the presence of God. We are dedicated to serving others and sharing the message of God's love and grace.

Our Vision

We envision a thriving, Spirit-filled church that is grounded in truth and overflowing with love, power, and purpose. Our vision is to be a lighthouse in our city and a training ground for the Kingdom, raising up bold witnesses who are unashamed of the gospel and prepared to impact the world for Jesus Christ.
